If you don’t love the size you ordered, we’ll send you one free replacement size on us within 30 days of delivery.
How the Perfect Fit Guarantee Works

No need to return your original item — keep it, gift it, or wear it around the house
This guarantee applies one time per order and is designed to make finding your perfect fit stress-free.
Damages or Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@avouria.com, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Eligible Items
The Perfect Fit Guarantee does not apply to:

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you retain the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Because we offer a free replacement instead of traditional returns, refunds are generally not issued for sizing concerns.
If a refund is approved for another valid reason, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
